It is Shown Duly Voted...delivered at 10:12 pm (EST) but I did not get

After arriving US on 22nd March there was no update till today morning I found it was delivered yesterday night around 10:12 pm. As usual I did not get it. I had gone apartment office if they got any parcel yesterday night in my name and they said nothing have come at night. I have contacted the seller and let's see what they reply for next 24 hrs.

Hi,
Thank you for your responses, I did contact with them yesterday as soon as it was delivered to me even though it is showing so and waiting for their reply for 48 hrs. If they do not reply I'll definitely take action.

If it shows delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
