Hi Susan Azar,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I need to know the time of delivery, the location it was delivered to and by whom it was delivered by. The only tracking number is have is china post #Am739165058cn
I need to know where this package is. Thank you your help in this matter.
