Hi eka,

It's stuck in Frankfurt now. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I posted two parcels from the United Kingdom to China on 10th February 2017. I was told by the post office that they would be delivered by 17th February 2017.
