Is this a legitimate address? I need to return a product and I was provided the information below. How would I write the information below for each address line on a package?

I was provided a tracking number for a package coming from china. It seems strange that the only way to track it is through the link on their site that sends me to a track 718 site. Is there another way to verify it’s legitimate?

Hey guys, I feel as if I’ve been scammed and the company that I brought my items from has given me a fake tracking number. The package is meant to be delivered to 10 Greenhill Rd, Rosebud, 3939, VIC, AUS.
Is this tracking number legitimate and is it actually going to arrive to my address. The tracking number is AT0000012406TH.
