You need to contact the seller to ask for the tracking number or require them to check it for you.

Hi. I was giving a tracking number that states the package was given to my local usps service for delivery. I received an email stating that the package was delivered but it hasn’t been. I was advised that the tracking number would then switch to a transfer tracking number. Could you please help me I need to know where my missing package is.
