Hello, I made a purchase February 2nd, I received shipping info Feb 20th and have still not received package. I have been tracking, it hasn't moved, I've been in contact with seller they keep saying to wait for it not giving me any more information. Checking it today it is now expired. Can you look into this and let me know what what's happening with the package now. Thank you.

You need to contact the seller to get refund in time. It has been over two months that it's still not arrived.

I have been in contact with them and insist it's on its way. Is there any updates on your end? If the package does move will I see it if tracking is now expired? Also if it's expired will it automatically go back to seller?

Hi colbeck01,

There is no update after Feb. 26. If it doesn't update for over three months, it may be lost. It will not returned back to the seller automatically. You should ask the seller how long you should wait and if you couldn't receive it before the date, they should refund you.

Yes, it moves again and head for your country now. You can wait for more days to see if there is any update showing it arrives.
