Look where is my parcel..... This is beyond a joke now!! China Post you are incompetent. Just get it on a damn plane to the UK. Don't blame delay on Covid-19 and don't you dare insult me by saying to contact seller...its your responsibility. If you've lost it just say so and stop covering up.

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
