It was delivered by airline on August 31 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Portugal after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

the tracking system states my parcel was delivered 8th Oct yet i do not have the parcel.
i have extensive CCTV around my property which shows no delivery at the date of stated time of delivery?
one query is was it delivered to the wrong address? if so what was the address i gave on the initial purchase?
