My order ZA04409111501 has been marked as delivered, but I have not received the shipment. I would like to politely ask if you can find out where the shipment is. I would also like to know which carrier should have delivered this package.

my order is marked as delivered, even though I have not received it.

I have already called the post office in Portugal (CTT) and they say that they cannot find any shipment in the system with the AT470429804CN.

The shipment is only shown as delivered in the tracking status of China post or track17.
