My order has been marked as delivered, but I have not received the shipment

My package ZA04462868101 has been reported as delivered and has never arrived. Can you please find out where my package is. Can you also tell me which shipping company should have delivered my package to Finland? I have no information about this. I have only received the tracking number ZA04462868101 which leads to your website and app.

my order is marked as delivered, even though I have not received it.

I have already called the post office in Portugal (CTT) and they say that they cannot find any shipment in the system with the AT470429804CN.
