Since February 14 I made a shipment from Colombia to India with the tracking number EE103596576CO but so far I have not had any information

Hi Francia,

It should be lost to my experience. As 4-72 is the courier in charge of delivering it, you need to require them check it for you and give you a solution in time.

I have been trying for a long time to find the shipment that did not reach me at all. Via e-bay was sent to me in January 2022, tracking number UD548218062YP, and I didn't received so far. I tried to contact the sender, the local office, but no one helped me find the shipment. So I would like to ask you to do a further investigation, and if possible find my shipment.
