My question is still haven’t received my order I have tracked this parcel and now it’s coming up with expired I have emailed the seller on a number of occasions and still they don’t get back to me so what am I supposed to do I am the customer they are the retailers that post to make sure I receive this thank you

#31525 this is my order number and my tracking number UU271608165CN I have emailed the seller but my email somehow comes back to my email address I don’t know what else to do still haven’t received no update about this order and when I’m gonna receive it it’s been nearly a year now thank you

If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Sorry, we don't know the seller's information. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in UK. So, you can't get more update after Ocober 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
