Good morning,

I have sent the return of some car screen that did not work, I paid the shipping and it is almost two months old. My local post office tells me that it is there in customs at CNBJSA Beijing with reference CC019569655ES I talk to the seller but he tells me that no one has contacted him. I do not want the shipment to be returned, what should I do?
