No notice, no progress, what's going on?

Hi,
Shouldn't my recipient get a notice of the delay? The indefinite inspection without an outcome is just ridiculous. It has been more than a month since my parcel arrived at this dormant department. Please, tracking number RU734546545NL, either notify my recipient of any further action or advise the time fame of this inspection.

Hi George Z,

You need to let the recipient in China contact Guangzhou customs to check it as soon as possible.
