No shipping updates/tracking status

Hi I was wondering about the status of my package as I got an update saying "Airline departure" on the 4th of January however I haven't received any updates since. Is my package on its way? The tracking number is LZ573042331CN

Hi Brody,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after "Airline departure". You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
