No tracking information found?

I put my tracking number in to the box and submitted it and it says no tracking information found. I’m supposed to get the package in 15-20 days and still no information? I’m just worried it will Not arrive.

Hi,

What's the tracking numbers? It may couldn't be tracked. For International packages to western countries, it usually takes about a month to reach. If it's to Aisian or South Asian coutries, it could reach within 20 days by air.

My tracking status hasn't changed since about a month and 2-3 days after the last update (in Transit) there was a notification saying

Not Found
This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later. This may due to several reasons:
The item has not yet been accepted by the carrier.
The item has not yet been entered in the carrier's system.
Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
The item was posted a long time ago, info not available anymore.
Generally, after the item has been sent, it will be processed and enter tracking information by the carrier. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability the carrier's system. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.
