It’s been 2 weeks since the tracking code received. But still it says Logistics order created. Do you have any info about that?

The seller said that he shipped the order. Is there any chance the package stuck in the ems center.

Hi Mrtayg,
There is no tracking information for it because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately if you are urgent.
