Not delivered, but it appears as delivered

In the tracking status of my order, it appears as delivered, but the order is not delivered. I need to know where is my order??

Hi jose,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Says 'delivered' and 'ready to invest' as of yesterday but has not been delivered! What does 'ready to invest' mean?
