Not delivered though it's marked delivered

There's no way to contact the seller I've looked and this order has not been delivered!

Hi Brandon,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the couriert to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

This month of May I have 2 packages marked as delivered and I never seen my packages at my house .

My 1st package AG297315425CN was "delivered " on May 9th 10 am , so looking at the video nobody made any delivered at that time on my house ,my mail was delivered around 1:30 !

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either. I don't know what carrier is supposed to have delivered it to my address e.g FedEx, UPS, etc. Can you please assist me as the company I bought from are not helping.
