on the ocean or not ?

My parcel was shipped 62 days ago from China, and it is still in China.... stuck in Guangzhou since June 24. and today is August 11, no progress whatsoever! Please let me know if it is already on the ocean or still stuck in China?

Hi Nancy,

It should be en route to Canada now. When it arrives, there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to see. This kind of package usually takes about 80 days to be delivered.
