Package Attempt Unsuccessful - tracking number says it's in AZ

I came to track a package on this website because Amazon said china post is the carrier and I received a message from Amazon that said an attempt to deliver was made and I wanted to give driver more detailed instructions. But the tracking number I was provided is for a package being delivered in Queen Creek AZ. I live in Denver, CO. How do I find out where my package is and tell driver how to deliver package? Tracking number I have is LR048340003CN

Hi,
I have returned some goods to a chinese seller and the tracking says there was a delivery attempt on 30.12.
The seller has not received it yet, so I guess the attempt failed.
Tracking Nr is: CY511249954DE
Is there an issue with the address? Will there be a second delivery attempt?
