Package Left Processing Center 3 Times?

Hello!
My package (AT616141400CN) is apparently in my city and the last 3 updates are "the shipment leaves the processing center" with the last update being on the 17th. So what exactly is going on here? Seeing as it's been in my city for the last 5 days, I would have thought it would have been delivered by now?

Where is my package it keeps saying Guangzhou City, leave Guangzhou Aviation Center, next stop Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center (via) . It’s been to the processing center 3 times now. Order number UU068230523CN

And i should the package by the end of this month, i know there is still time
But why it returns 3 times to Guangzhou International Center ?
