Package no status change

My parcel AG327286870CN has been cleared from customs for the past 7 days. Since being cleared for customs nothing has changed or been updated. Do you use an Australian company once it arrives here and it needs a new tracking number or has the parcel been lost?

Hi Nathan,

If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, you need to use the number to check with Australian Post.
