Package not delivered - Tracking #UU204297925CN

I ordered this in July, 2021 and it was at the sorting facility in August, 2021 and it is now April, 2022. It has still not been delivered but shows it is at the sorting facility. I email the seller and receive auto responses with no replies. I suppose I can assume I won't be receiving my order?

Hi mharren,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after August 26. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. As it has been many months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I need to know the time of delivery, the location it was delivered to and by whom it was delivered by. The only tracking number is have is china post #Am739165058cn
