Package not delivered even though its been in country for 2 weeks

The package that ive ordered more than 50 days ago, has landed in country 2 weeks ago and its stuck in the same status for more than week, the tracking number is: EB757237768CN.
Could you please check and see whats going?!
Especially that im getting the alert icon in 17track
