Note that the parcel has been delivered earlier this a.m. However, I, the recipient of the captioned parcel (Tracking no. LV554021736CN), have NEVER received it. It's believed that the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, for it seems to me that the parcel has been delivered to Quebec, instead of Coquitlam, which is in B.C., the western part of Canada, instead of the eastern part. Please double check the delivery address and confirm when the parcel will be delivered back to the correct address as follows:
Unit 13, 1295 Soball Street, Coquitlam, B.C.
Postal Code: V3E 0G9

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact Canada Post to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. You need to require the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) if you couldn't get it at last.

Problem with package’s tracking (1 reply)

I bought some shoe boxes about one month ago, and for the third time since May 6 I’ve received the same tracking update saying the package has arrived at its destination. Yesterday I received once again that same tracking update. I don’t know if that’s accurate since I try tracking my package in my country’s postal service’s site and it doesn’t say anything about it being here yet. Please help me understand this situation.
