Package status not updated

Hi! I recently ordered something from Aliexpress using the "Free Shipping Dhl Service", and gave me a tracking code 8065455832 but it shows no sign of life. I contacted the seller and they did not respond, they have a bot that sends the exact same thing 'your order will be unified in 7 days and you will recive the goods in 7 days or less' but it did not reach me. Can someone help me?
