Hello, my tracking number is RR332341769TR. And the package has stopped in GuangZhou since 23rd Jan 2022. May I ask why the package stop going to Macau as scheduled. Thank you very much.

Hello,
I am the receiver in Macau. I still haven't received the package.
Macau Post office told me that they check nothing if the package is not in Macau.
If the package has left GuangZhou Post office, why there is no updated status. All we can see the package reside in GuangZhou Post office and stop moving.

Hi Lawrence,
I could only see it's from Guangzhou to Macau now. You'd better call 11185 to contact China Post directly to check what happends to it if it's still not in Macau.

It should have been sent to Macau. You'd better let the receiver in Macau to contact Macau Post to check it if he/she doesn't receive it.
