Package was never delivered. Tracking says it was.

I have a tracking number, AS135682126CN, that I have been told it was delivered. I never received anything and we are trying to determine where it was delivered. Please let me know what the address was that the delivery was made. Let me know what other information you need. Thank you.

Sorry, we could only see AS135682126CN was delivered on March 29. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I need to know the time of delivery, the location it was delivered to and by whom it was delivered by. The only tracking number is have is china post #Am739165058cn
