Packaged says delivered but it hasn’t been delivered. What carrier delivered it

I ordered something 21 days ago and it’s been out for delivery for days. Today it says delivered, but it has not been delivered. I live in a very small community and I’ve asked everyone if they receive my package and they have not. Either give me a full refund or I will contact my attorney. I can’t even tell who the carrier was to call them.

If you don't receive it, you ned to contact the seller to require a refund in time.
