I had do a returned parcel to seller but she requested me to pay for the tax first before item deliver to her from courier in china. Im in singpaore. How can I check how much I need to pay and do the payment?

You need to let the seller to pay it for you in China. You can pay to the seller first and let the seller help you to pay.
