Hi I’ve been waiting for my parcel since February the tracking number is LO837807790CN
It has apparently been at the international export exchange since the 27th of February and after speaking to Royal Mail in the UK they were expecting to have delivered it to my address by 2nd of April at the latest. Please can you find out what has happened to my parcel and make sure that it’s on the next shipment to the UK and please keep me informed of what is going on. I know that there’s this virus but I have received other parcels from China that Were sent only a week ago.

Bonjour colis Reçu mais cassé pas très sérieux tout ça car entre les délais de livraison et Le reçu du colis cassé mon fils et très déçu merci du sérieux

Many packages are stuck at Guangzhou international exchange station since February. Yours is also stuck there. If you couldn't receive it before April 1, better contact the seller to give you a solution.
