Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open doesn't mean the custom open your goods. In fact, there are many small parcels packed in a large package sent to the customs for check. They will open that large package and scan small parcels one by one without opening. Opening refers to the open of large package.

BTW, you couldn't get further update in China Post tracking system because your parcel is a China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It's not registered and couldn't be tracked outside China.
