For the postage rate for the singpost packet. Where is the point of origin is it from china?

What I mean is that, I saw your article explaining whats singpost packet and at the same time at the lower part of your post I saw the postage rate table. I was just curious if the rates are computed for sending a package from china to those different zone coutries? Thank you for responding :)
