Parcel showing as 'Waiting for duty payment' but I have not been asked for payme (0 reply)

My item: RY443248095GB
My package arrived at customs in Chengdu, Sichuan on 4th December. It shows as 'awaiting duty payment' however I have not received any messages requesting the payment. It is now 6th December. I want to pay the duty and receive the item, but how can I pay the duty without receiving a message?

How long will it take to receive a message requesting the payment? Is there a way to pay the duty without receiving a message from customs first?
