En el tracking aparece que mi casa estuvo cerrada para la entrega, pero yo vivo en un edificio y el paquete se puede dejar en la portería. A qué teléfono puedo comunicarme con Uds. en Colombia?

You need to contact the courier 4-72 to ask for a re-delivery as soon as possible. We couldn't deliver it to you. They may return it back if you don't contact them.
