It should be waiting for the supplier to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the supplier to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Now, according to the Swiss Tracking service, the parcel it is stuck at the customs since the 26th of March. We urgently need the parcel to be released and delivered as this affects massively our production assembly line of the product. We are a company in Switzerland that makes medical rehabilitation products. Can you please help out the situation? I have no idea what else I can do or who to contact.
