Says delivered but it wasn't

19 days ago it said my order was delivered. I'm a stay at home mum and I can tell you now it was not delivered . And i have amazing older neighbors who would have made sure my order was safe if i was out at thag specific time. Have contacted seller and they can't tell me much other then what logistics says nor can they refer me to which international carrier delivered through NZ. Where did my order and go. My address isn't hard to find so did it actually get delivered or is China Post just a scam .
