Status states Delivered. But not delivered or able to trace it

Hi,
My status show it was delivered on Dec 19th but there is no other details, information & have not received the package.
Tracking number is SNX00000223503.
What's the status & situation.

My package tracking number CSJ2023462751YQ was never delivered. Tracking system says it was delivered but I never received it. I have never lost a package if delivered. Please contact me with further information.
