Ordered june 7th tracking number YT2018121266056929 it has not moved.. all it says is shipment information received can I get an update please..thank you

Hi dee,

There is only 'Shipment information received' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on June 29 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

I am writing to receive a status update of where this package is exactly:

The tracking hasn't been updated in over 1 month and the item was supposed to return to the US long ago. I would greatly appreciate any update on this package. Also what sort of facility is the package stored in as it has some fragile items in the box.

Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
