Taking so long

I ordered this almost 4 weeks ago. Why is this taking soooooo long to deliver? And it also takes forever to get an update. Probably will not do this again.

What's the tracking number? If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
