My package number 1115766995 was sent by post to China Post Air Parcel. Already 8 days the status does not change. Where can I go for help?

Hi Nastya,

It's in China in transit now. Wait more days to see if there is further update. The courier may not provide tracking information after that. You'd better contact the courier to ask if they could be tracked to the end.
