Hi Mmb,

It has left China. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after April 2. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Hello, I have been waiting for my neck messager, parcel since April 2020, still waiting. I have checked tracking there are no updates. I don't know if my parcel has been sent back to "Neck Relax" as i have tried to contact the company through email and telephone yet no response and when i call i wait for someone to assist me. I am upset waiting on for assistant for 30 mins then the phone survey asks me to rate the phone call service. I have contacted them 5 times and still get the same issue. I don't know what to do next, it looks like my parcel is not coming to me. I have paid warranty delivery and item. Can you please help me? Kind regards, Madonna.
