My packages, which were split into 3 separate boxes, were sent out together from Suzhou on October 25th. They each reached Hong Kong on November 5th, 10th and 15th. They've been there ever since. No movement whatsoever. I'm unable to reach China Post for an update. Please help me out.

China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for them as they are sent by a cheap service of China Post. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi Daisy,
The packages are my personal things from my several years long stay in China as I wasn't able to return due to COVID. They're not a purchase order. It's been 94 days as of today. Please guide me as to how I can go about and locate the packages. They are of immense value to me.
