Hi Meesha,

If you couldn't receive it today, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
