Tracking error?

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?

my parcel has been stuck at customs for ovver 2 weeks now and im wondering if its lost or if its just taking its time. Im debating asking for a refund but i dont know if its just the simple case that its taking quite a while. my tracking number is LZ580443919CN

It's in UK now. You need to contact Royal Mail to check if it's normal for it. Royal Mail is in charge of delivering it to you.
