Tracking expired?

My parcel is marked as "expired", but I have yet to receive it. [LX137208412CN]
The last known location was in Shanghai on 27th May and it was due to be delivered to Ireland.
How much more time do I have to wait to receive it?

I'm not an expert or anything but since it's already nearing the end of July and it was ordered 2 months ago, I'm pretty sure the package got lost or something. (unless it said it would take several months to deliver; if so the owner probably forgot to update the status) Try contacting the package sender.

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in early or middle August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
