Tracking info not been updatet in almost 30 days

Hi, i ordered a product from AliExpress on Sep 3. And it has been over a month now, and it havent arrived yet. According to the tracking information the parcel arrived at the destination country for almost 25 days ago. But the package havent arrived yet. Why does it take so long? Here is the tracking number: SYRM107084986

Hi Sondre,

It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in your country on Sep. 15. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in Mauritius. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

To whom it may concern,
Im looking for any info on my package, (tracking number LO832921546CN)
its been over a month now and tracking still says:
2020-03-09 17:04 SHANGHAI (CN), International departure - enroute to Australia
this is un acceptable to me and i would like any info asap.
