Tracking Information hasn’t updated in 3 weeks “arrival at the destination”

Hi,
I haven’t received an update for around 3 weeks on my package. The last update I got was “arrival at the destination” on Oct 27. Does this mean that the package is still in china or has it made it to Australia? When I enter the tracking number into Australia Post it hasn’t updated for some time either.

Last information shows it was still in China. To my experience, it takes about another 10-20 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
