I am trying to find out what is going on with a package that was supposedly shipped on the 2nd of April and does not appear to be moving at all if it has been sent. Can you please tell me what is going on with parcel ID CP407333009CN

Hi Larry,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
